PACKAGING TEMPLATE MAKER
Cutting & assembly
Cut the solid dark outline and score the dashed brown lines with a suitable tool. For a box, raise the walls and glue the four corner tabs inside the adjacent walls. Assemble the lid separately. For an envelope, fold the side flaps inward, glue the bottom flap to them, then close the top flap after inserting the contents.
How it works
A sleeve wraps four panels around an object and closes at the glue tab; both ends stay open. Divider strips interlock through half-height slots: column strips open from the top and row strips from the bottom. Slot width equals material thickness plus extra clearance. More than one row or column is required. Use scrap material to check the fit.
Measuring & fit
Measure the object before choosing a template. For a box, length and width are the central base panel and height is the wall depth. These are geometric panel sizes, not a promise of exact usable inner dimensions after folding.
↗02Printing at actual size
Choose A4 or US Letter and portrait or landscape in both the maker and your browser print dialog. Use 100% / actual size, disable fit-to-page scaling, and remove browser headers and footers. Save as PDF uses the same print workflow.
