PACKAGING TEMPLATE MAKER · Measure. Make. Fold.
Box with lid
Box measurements describe the base panel. Material thickness is not compensated; test-fold a paper prototype. Lid clearance is added on each side.
Print at 100% / actual size. Turn off headers and footers. Measure the 50 mm test line before cutting.
Your template is ready.

Box with lid
Box measurements describe the base panel. Material thickness is not compensated; test-fold a paper prototype. Lid clearance is added on each side.
↗02Envelope
Envelope dimensions describe the central pocket panel. Allow extra space around the contents; paper thickness is not compensated.
↗03Wraparound sleeve
Sleeve length runs along the open ends. Width and height define the four wraparound panels; thickness is not compensated.
↗04Drawer dividers
Drawer measurements describe the available internal space. Slots use material thickness plus extra clearance. Test the fit on scrap first.
↗How it works
Measure the object before choosing a template. For a box, length and width are the central base panel and height is the wall depth. These are geometric panel sizes, not a promise of exact usable inner dimensions after folding.
Cut the solid dark outline and score the dashed brown lines with a suitable tool. For a box, raise the walls and glue the four corner tabs inside the adjacent walls. Assemble the lid separately. For an envelope, fold the side flaps inward, glue the bottom flap to them, then close the top flap after inserting the contents.

↗02Printing at actual size
Choose A4 or US Letter and portrait or landscape in both the maker and your browser print dialog. Use 100% / actual size, disable fit-to-page scaling, and remove browser headers and footers. Save as PDF uses the same print workflow.
